Already for the fourth time in Almaty the exhibition-festival of classic cars VILLA Retro Car 2017 was held.

The event was held on September 9 on the territory of the multifunctional complex VILLA Boutiques & Restaurants. The first exhibitions of retro cars in 2014 and 2015 were held on the territory of the complex in the format of closed stylized evenings for specially invited guests. And last year, VILLA Retro Car III, as an international event, included three stages: an exhibition in Astana Square, a rally on the route and a closed event specially designed by the RAF and the Federation of Motor Vehicles of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at VILLA Boutiques & Restaurants, where the participants were awarded. This time, the Retro Car 2017, was held in the format of an open exhibition-festival of classic cars on the eve of Almaty City Day. Residents and guests of the southern capital were able to make a journey into the history of cult retro cars. Of the forty rare cars exhibited, the competent international jury represented by the expert of the Russian Association of Classical Cars Oleg Alekseev, the expert of the Lithuanian Association of Classic Cars Mantas Shapok and the Kazakhstan expert-restorer Rostislav Vinogradov selected winners in three categories «Best Authenticity», in this nomination the Whippet car of 1928 was the winner, «Best Restoration», where the most beautiful was the ZIS 110B, was won by Fiat Balilla in the «Competition of Elegance». And the guests of the event also acted as judges and chose the participant who won the «Audience Choice Award», in this nomination the most recognized Ford Mustang in 1968. In addition, for all visitors the musical group «Private Jet» performed, the guests enjoyed streetfood delicacies of American, Pan-Asian and European cuisine in the thematic zones, and a specially equipped hookah zone was presented. In the lounge space, you could listen to DJ sets from Stay True. The organizers of the exhibition-festival promise that in 2018, during the jubilee VILLA Retro Car V, we will be able to see something grand and even more ambitious.

Уже в четвертый раз в Алматы состоялась выставка-фестиваль классических автомобилей VILLA Retro Car 2017. Мероприятие прошло 9 сентября на территории многофункционального комплекса VILLA Boutiques & Restaurants. Первые выставки ретроавтомобилей в 2014 и 2015 годах прошли на территории комплекса в формате закрытых стилизованных вечеров для специально приглашенных гостей. А в прошлом году, VILLA Retro Car III, как событие международного уровня включило три этапа: выставку на площади «Астана», ралли по специально разработанному РАФ и Федерацией Автомотоспорта Республики Казахстан маршруту и закрытое мероприятие на территории VILLA Boutiques & Restaurants, где торжественно наградили участников. В этот раз, Retro Car 2017, состоялся в формате открытой выставки-фестиваля классических автомобилей в преддверии Дня города Алматы. Жители и гости южной столицы смогли осуществить путешествие в историю культовых ретрокаров. Из сорока раритетных автомобилей, представленных на выставке, компетентным международным жюри в лице эксперта Российской ассоциации классических автомобилей Олега Алексеева, эксперта Литовской ассоциации классических автомобилей Мантаса Шапока и казахстанского эксперта-реставратора Ростислава Виноградова были выбраны победители в трех номинациях «Лучшая аутентичность», в этой номинации победило авто Whippet 1928 года выпуска, «Лучшая реставрация», где самым прекрасным оказался ЗИС 110Б, в «Конкурсе элегантности» выиграл Fiat Balilla. А гости мероприятия также выступили в роли судей и выбрали участника, которому достался «Приз зрительских симпатий», в этой номинации самым самым признан Ford Mustang 1968 года. Кроме того, для всех посетителей выступил музыкальный коллектив «Private Jet», гости насладились streetfood-деликатесами американской, паназиатской и европейской кухней в тематических зонах, а также была представлена специально оборудованная кальянная зона. В лаунж-пространстве можно было послушать диджейские сеты от Stay True. Организаторы выставки-фестиваля обещают, что в 2018 году, во время юбилейного VILLA Retro Car V, мы сможем увидеть что-то грандиозное и еще более масштабное.
