The roundtable within the framework of the XI Eurasia International Film Festival

Within the framework of the XI Eurasia International Film Festival and I «Shaken’s Constellation» Almaty International Film Festival held the roundtable titled « Kazakhstan’s Film Distribution: features, trends and problems».

The discussion focused on the specifics of the Kazakh theatrical distribution, with the participation of representatives of the leading distribution companies, as well as filmmakers and producers. In discussing the problem of film distribution participated Oleg Ivanov (the first deputy chairman of the Russian Union of Cinematographers, kinoekspert), Karim Kadyrbaev (journalist and film critic), Simone Baumann (producer of feature and documentary films, an expert of German Films in Eastern Europe), Nariman Abiyev (leading expert on promotion film distribution of the «Meloman» company), Rashid Nugmanov (director, chairman of the Eurasia International Film Festival). The moderator of the meeting was Ilyas Ahmet - representative of the «Eurasia Spotlight: kazakh next wave» management.

В рамках ХI Международного кинофестиваля «Евразия» и I Алматинского Международного кинофестиваля «Созвездие Шакена» состоялся круглый стол под названием«Кинопрокат Казахстана: особенности, тенденции, проблемы». Дискуссия была посвящена специфике казахстанского кинопроката, с участием представителей ведущих прокатных и дистрибьютерских компаний, а также кинорежиссеров и продюсеров. В обсуждении проблемы кинопроката участвовали Олег Иванов (первый заместитель председателя Союза кинематографистов России, киноэксперт), Карим Кадырбаев (журналист, кинокритик), Simone Baumann (продюсер игрового и документального кино, эксперт German Films в Восточной Европе), Нариман Абиев (ведущий специалист по продвижению кинопроката, компания «Меломан»), Рашид Нугманов (режиссер, директор МКФ «Евразия»). Модератором встречи выступил Ильяс Ахмет – представитель дирекции «Eurasia Spotlight: kazakh next wave».
