Visa and Halyk have announced the launch of the fifth anniversary edition of the global She’s Next initiative in Kazakhstan, aimed at supporting and advancing women’s entrepreneurship.

Visa и Halyk объявляют о запуске пятой, юбилейной волны глобальной инициативы She’s Next в Казахстане, направленной на поддержку и развитие женского предпринимательства.

Since 2021, more than 40,000 women from Kazakhstan and across Central Asia have participated in She’s Next. Over the four previous editions in Kazakhstan, 14 winners received grants totaling 46.5 million tenge to launch and grow their businesses. In this anniversary edition, Visa and Halyk will continue to expand the initiative, creating new opportunities for both aspiring and established women entrepreneurs.

С 2021 года участницами She’s Next стали более 40 000 женщин из Казахстана и стран Центральной Азии. За четыре предыдущие волны в Казахстане 14 победительниц получили гранты на запуск и развитие бизнеса на общую сумму 46,5 млн тенге. В юбилейной волне Visa и Halyk продолжат развивать инициативу, создавая новые возможности для начинающих и действующих предпринимательниц.

The fifth edition of She’s Next will bring together several formats: an educational program and competitive selection of business plans, a series of public talks in five cities across Kazakhstan, as well as a She’s Next Pop-Up Space in Shymkent for participants from previous editions of the initiative.

Пятая волна She’s Next объединит сразу несколько форматов: образовательную часть и конкурсный отбор бизнес-планов, серию паблик-токов в пяти городах Казахстана, а также She’s Next Pop-Up Space в Шымкенте для участниц предыдущих волн инициативы.

The initiative is open both to established women entrepreneurs and to those who are only planning to start their own business. To participate, applicants need to register on the She’s Next platform by November 8 inclusive. Participants will gain access to educational lectures and will have the opportunity to submit their business plans for evaluation by an expert committee.

Принять участие в инициативе могут как действующие предпринимательницы, так и женщины, которые только планируют открыть собственный бизнес. Для этого необходимо зарегистрироваться на платформе She’s Next до 8 ноября включительно. Участницы получат доступ к образовательным лекциям и смогут представить свои бизнес-планы на оценку экспертной комиссии.

She’s Next platform

Public talks will take place in Aktobe, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda and Shymkent. Local women entrepreneurs will share their experience of launching and developing businesses and discuss the practical realities of running a business in the regions. Visa representatives will explain the terms of participation in She’s Next, while the Halyk team will present products and solutions designed for women entrepreneurs.

Паблик-токи пройдут в Актобе, Павлодаре, Усть-Каменогорске, Караганде и Шымкенте. Местные предпринимательницы поделятся опытом запуска и развития бизнеса и обсудят практические вопросы ведения бизнеса в регионах. Представители Visa расскажут об условиях участия в She’s Next, а команда банка Halyk — о продуктах и решениях для предпринимательниц.

A special feature of the fifth edition will be the She’s Next Pop-Up Space in Shymkent, where participants from previous editions will showcase their products and brands. The space will give them an additional opportunity to raise their visibility, reach new customers and establish valuable business connections.

Отдельной частью пятой волны станет She’s Next Pop-Up Space в Шымкенте, где участницы предыдущих волн представят свои товары и бренды. Для них это станет дополнительной возможностью заявить о себе, найти новых клиентов и установить деловые контакты.

Registration and Public Talks. From September 14 to November 8, women entrepreneurs can register on the She’s Next platform and take part in public talks held in five cities across Kazakhstan.

Регистрация и паблик-токи. С 14 сентября по 8 ноября предпринимательницы могут зарегистрироваться на платформе She’s Next, а также принять участие в паблик-токах в пяти городах Казахстана.

Webinars. From November 9 to November 22, all registered participants will gain access to the educational component of the initiative, designed to help them prepare business plans for subsequent evaluation by the expert committee.

Вебинары. С 9 ноября по 22 ноября все зарегистрированные участницы получат доступ к образовательной части инициативы, которая поможет им подготовить бизнес-планы для последующей подачи на оценку экспертной комиссии.

Business Plan Submission. From November 23 to December 13, after completing the educational program, participants will be able to submit their business plans for evaluation by the expert committee, selecting one of four categories: Existing Business, Inclusive Business, Start-Up Business or IT Business.

Подача бизнес-планов. С 23 ноября по 13 декабря после прохождения образовательной части участницы смогут подать свои бизнес-планы на оценку экспертной комиссии, выбрав одну из четырёх категорий: «Действующий бизнес», «Инклюзивный бизнес», «Начинающий бизнес» или «IT-бизнес».

Expert Committee. From December 14 to January 10, the expert committee will evaluate the submitted business plans and select 40 projects to participate in an online pitch. Following the pitching stage, 12 finalists will be chosen — three in each of the four categories.

Экспертная комиссия. С 14 декабря по 10 января экспертная комиссия оценит представленные бизнес-планы и отберёт 40 проектов для участия в онлайн-питчинге. По его итогам будут определены 12 финалисток — по три в каждой из четырёх категорий.

She’s Next Grand Final. On January 22, the 12 finalists will present their projects to the jury at the She’s Next Grand Final in Almaty. Following the pitches, four winners will be selected — one in each category.
