Major Hotel Openings of 2026

One of the most anticipated openings will be Six Senses The Palm, Dubai—the first Six Senses project in Dubai. The resort will be located on the western crescent of Palm Jumeirah and will offer guests 61 suites and 172 branded residences overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Among the landmark openings is the Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai, the first project of the legendary French brand Baccarat in the UAE. The hotel complex in the heart of Downtown Dubai will unite two towers, the architecture and interiors of which reflect the signature aesthetic of the famous Baccarat crystal house. In addition to the luxury hotel, it will house branded residences, signature restaurants, and leisure spaces.

The restaurant combines Nobu's signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with distinctive architecture and panoramic views of the city skyline.

Participants' photos are combined into a large-scale digital installation in the shape of a heart, symbolizing the city's connection with the millions of people who pass through DXB every year.

The development of Dubai's tourism infrastructure is accompanied by the creation of a comfortable and accessible urban environment for all types of travelers. Jumeirah Beach 2 became the first beach in the emirate to receive Gold Accessibility Certification from the World Disability Union.
