This is the story of a train born from a dream, which defies time. Today reimagined by the architect Maxime d'Angeac. A unique design, inspired by the 1920s, thought out with the codes of contemporary luxury.

On the occasion of the week of contemporary art in Paris, Orient Express, through the Accor group, unveils exclusively from October 17 to 21, in an exclusive establishment in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. A revelation to follow also at Design Miami/, from November 30 to December 4, in Miami Beach, Florida.

IN MAXIME D’ANGEAC’S IMAGINATION

Revealed by his collaborations with the Daum and Hermès houses, in partnership with the American designer Hilton McConnico, Maxime d'Angeac has been carrying out prestigious restoration and decoration projects for 20 years, following the example of the Maison Guerlain, avenue des Champs-Elysées, and gives new life to the apartments, castles or private villas entrusted to him.

Fascinated by the great revolutionary artistic movements, in love with the Italian Renaissance and Art Deco, fond of travel novels, follower of the stories of Jules Verne, Henry Miller or post-apocalyptic comics du Transperceneige, the architect took up the challenge of reinventing the Orient Express.

THE REVELATION

In 2015, the Nostalgie-Istanbul-Orient-Express reappeared in broad daylight. A legendary train, disappeared, forgotten. And reimagined today by Maxime d'Angeac and the best artisans in France. From 2024, on the occasion of the Paris Olympic Games, the first cars will be exhibited and travelers will be able to board for the first time. They will discover the new sets of the future train.

С 2024 года по случаю Олимпийских игр в Париже будут выставлены первые вагоны, и путешественники впервые смогут сесть в них. Они откроют для себя новые составы будущего поезда.
