Mary Stuart (Saoirse Ronan) and Elizabeth I (Margot Robbie) are two queens, cousins, each with her own view of the administration. This is a detailed story about the events preceding the execution of Mary, the story on behalf of the Queen of Scots.

From the image of the whimsical bully Harley Quinn, tightly attached to Margo Robbie, there is not a trace left. Make-up artists of the tape «Mary Queen of Scots» worked on her character, and, I tell you, disfigured the actress.

На экране Мария и Елизавета предстают не только как строгие и жестокие, не идущие на уступки властительницы, но и как чувственные, уязвимые женщины, жаждущие простого счастья и спокойствия. От плотно закрепленного за Марго Робби образа взбалмошной хулиганки Харли Квинн не осталось и следа. Гримеры ленты «Две королевы» потрудились над ее персонажем, и, скажу вам, изуродовали актрису знатно.

Despite one joint scene in the film, Ronan and Robbie's film show took place, none of them faked. The storylines different from historical facts were very convincing, and the beauty of the landscapes was pleasing to the eye. The film is recommended for viewing.

Несмотря на одну совместную сцену в фильме, кинодуэт Ронан и Робби состоялся, никто из них не сфальшивил. Отходящие от исторических фактов сюжетные линии были весьма убедительны, а красота пейзажей радовала глаз. Лента достойна просмотра.
