The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Astana won three awards in various nominations for the in-house 2020 Residential Awards of Excellence. The awards ceremony is held for the 11th year among all brands of residences within the company around the world. In 2021, the event was also held in an online format, where the total number of participants was over 200 people from all continents. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Astana was honored in the nominations: Small Residence Owner Engagement, Residence Management, and Residence of the Year. The ceremony is held annually to highlight the best practices among The Ritz-Carlton Residences, one of the new brands of The Ritz-Carlton family. The Residences division was created for loyal guests who would like to receive outstanding service outside the hotel.

Today, most of the company's headquarters are located in the United States of America. Residences in Nur-Sultan and Almaty are the only residences in the Ritz-Carlton family located in Europe and the CIS.
