Final of Face of Kazakhstan 2025: New Names, New Horizons for the Country’s Fashion Industry

The final of the national modeling contest Face of Kazakhstan 2025 took place on June 30 in the Grand Ballroom of the “Kazakhstan” Hotel in Almaty. This event, considered one of the key projects in the local fashion industry, is dedicated to supporting and developing young talents from all over the country.

Финал национального конкурса моделей Face of Kazakhstan 2025 состоялся 30 июня в бальном зале отеля «Казахстан» в Алматы. Этот конкурс по праву считается одним из важнейших проектов в казахстанской модной индустрии, ведь он направлен на поддержку и развитие молодых талантов со всех регионов страны.

Face of Kazakhstan is more than just a contest — it is a stepping stone to international recognition. Participants gain professional training, sign contracts with agencies and brands, and represent Kazakhstan at prestigious global events. One of the main stages following the national final is the international Face of Asia contest, where finalists from over 25 countries take part in an educational and cultural program in Seoul. For over a decade, Kazakhstani models have proudly represented their country on this global platform.

Face of Kazakhstan — это не просто конкурс, а реальный шанс выйти на международную арену. Участники получают профессиональную подготовку, возможность подписать контракты с агентствами и брендами, а также представить Казахстан на международной платформе Face of Asia. Финалисты из более чем 25 стран проходят обучение и культурную программу в Сеуле, и казахстанские модели уже много лет достойно представляют страну в этом проекте.

This year, hundreds of applicants from all over Kazakhstan applied to take part. After multiple rounds of selection and intensive preparation, 26 finalists — both women and men — walked the runway, showing not only striking appearances but also professionalism, charisma, and a drive for growth. The winners were Rabiga Nasurullayeva, a professional model from Almaty with international experience; Uldanay Sagyn, a student at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and model with Sulumodels; and Damir Ozbek, a student at Narxoz University who successfully combines his IT career with modeling.

В этом году участие в конкурсе приняли сотни претендентов со всех уголков страны. По итогам многоэтапного отбора и интенсивной подготовки на подиум вышли 26 финалистов — девушек и юношей, проявивших не только яркую внешность, но и профессионализм, харизму и стремление к развитию. Победителями стали: Рабига Насуруллаева — профессиональная модель из Алматы с международным опытом; Улданай Сагын — студентка КазНПУ им. Абая и модель агентства Sulumodels; Дамир Озбек — студент Нархоз Университета, совмещающий IT и модельную карьеру.

A special prize — a fully sponsored trip to South Korea for the Face of Asia international contest — went to Beibarys Kamalov, awarded by international partner Dilnoza Entertainment. “As the national director of Face of Kazakhstan 2025, I’m proud that this contest has become a launchpad for gifted youth from across the country,” said Akzhamal Abildaeva, founder of Sulumodels and national director of the competition. “It’s a great honor to be part of a project that changes lives and strengthens Kazakhstan’s image on the global fashion map.”

Специальный приз — поездку в Южную Корею на международный конкурс Face of Asia с полным покрытием расходов — получил Бейбарыс Камалов. Награду предоставил международный партнёр проекта — компания Dilnoza Entertainment. «Как национальный директор конкурса Face of Kazakhstan 2025, я горжусь тем, что этот проект стал стартовой площадкой для талантливой молодёжи со всей страны. Для меня большая честь быть частью инициативы, которая влияет на судьбы и укрепляет имидж Казахстана в международной fashion-индустрии», — отметила Ақжамал Абильдаева.

The jury included such prominent figures as Aida Kaumenova, Ayzhuldyz Adaybekova, Arzubek Vonama, and Raulen Lee, among others. Designers who presented collections included Four Nest, Pirlepes, Reaktor, Qazaq Shapany, Shakerbay, and Sabina Volskaya with a kids' line for Sulumodels.

В жюри конкурса вошли известные представители модной и медийной индустрии: Айда Кауменова, Айжулдыз Адайбекова, Арзубек Вонама, Раулен Ли и другие. Коллекции представили дизайнеры Four Nest, Pirlepes (Талгат Нурсауле), Reaktor, Qazaq Shapany, Shakerbay и Сабина Вольская — детская линия для Sulumodels Kids.
