From June 21 to September 21, 2025, Les Franciscaines in Deauville invites visitors on a sensory and intellectual voyage into the ocean’s mysterious heart with the exhibition Bleu Profond, curated by the renowned art figure Jean de Loisy. Organized as part of France’s Year of the Sea, the exhibition celebrates the sea not only as a natural wonder but as a timeless muse that has captivated the imagination of artists, writers, and scientists alike.
