Festival of Opera and Ballet in honor of the 85th anniversary theater season

The Abay Opera House invites all Almaty residents and guests of the southern capital to the Opera and Ballet Festival in honor of the 85th anniversary theater season, which will be held from May 29 to June 2, 2019. The purpose of the festival: the promotion and popularization of national and foreign opera and ballet classics, the preservation and development of the musical traditions of the peoples of Kazakhstan. The festival program includes legendary performances that make up the golden fund of the theater repertoire and enjoy the constant interest and love of the audience for many decades. Guests of the festival will be given a unique opportunity to see performances in which the best of the past is preserved and innovative artistic solutions are boldly used. A real gift to the friends of the theater will be the participation of domestic and foreign stars of opera and ballet art.

Фестиваль оперы и балета в честь 85-летнего юбилейного театрального сезона

Казахский государственный театр оперы и балета имени Абая приглашает всех алматинцев и гостей южной столицы на Фестиваль оперы и балета в честь 85-летнего юбилейного театрального сезона, который пройдет с 29 мая по 2 июня 2019 года.  Цель фестиваля: пропаганда и популяризация национальной и зарубежной оперной и балетной классики, сохранение и развитие музыкальных традиций народов Казахстана. В программу фестиваля вошли легендарные спектакли, составляющие золотой фонд репертуара театра и пользующиеся неизменным интересом и любовью зрителей на протяжении многих десятилетий. Гостям фестиваля будет предоставлена уникальная возможность увидеть постановки, в которых сохранено лучшее из прошлого и смело используются новаторские художественные решения. Настоящим подарком друзьям театра станет участие отечественных и зарубежных звезд оперного и балетного искусства.
