Fou de foot

On July 10 at the invitation of the French General Consulate in Almaty and Alliance Française, we visited the National Holiday of France - Bastille Day, which took place on Kok Tobe.

The theme of the evening was the «Fou de foot» (crazy football), as in this year, France was the organizer of the European football championship - EURO 2016. Therefore, all the festival was dedicated to the most popular game, or in any way connected with football: balls, growth figures of football players and other paraphernalia. In addition, everyone could stay and watch on giant screens live broadcast of the finals. The culmination of the evening was a festival of restaurants, during which Almaty restaurants presented their gastronomic creations and show, the guests with pleasure tasted treats and participated in the performance. Especially for the celebration of Bastille Day, the famous French rappers were invited ensemble M.A. Beat / Lgdc. National Anthems of Kazakhstan and France performed the famous singer Tolkyn Zabirova. The evening ended with enchanting fireworks.

10 июля по приглашению Генерального Консульства Франции в Алматы и Французского Альянса мы посетили Национальный Праздник Франции – День взятия Бастилии, который состоялся на Кок Тобе. Темой вечера была «Fou de foot» (безумный футбол), так как в этом году Франция являлась организатором чемпионата Европы по футболу – ЕВРО 2016. Поэтому все на празднике было посвящено самой популярной игре или каким-либо образом связано с футболом: мячи, ростовые фигуры футболистов и другая атрибутика. Кроме того, все желающие могли остаться и посмотреть на огромных экранах прямую трансляцию финала чемпионата. Кульминацией вечера стал Фестиваль ресторанов, во время которого рестораны Алматы представили свои гастрономические творения и шоу, гости с удовольствием пробовали угощения и участвовали в перфомансах. Специально для празднования Дня взятия Бастилии были приглашены известные французские рэпперы, музыкальный коллектив  M.A. Beat/Lgdc. Гимны Казахстана и Франции исполнила известная певица Толкын Забирова. Вечер завершился фееричным салютом.
