NEWS: Crowdfinding in Kazakhstan is the success story of social, creative and start-up initiatives

On May 31, a press conference was held in co-working «MamaDOM», dedicated to the topic of crowdfinding in Kazakhstan as a source of funding for socially significant, creative projects and start-ups. Authors of various projects shared their practical experience of attracting funds for «people's financing». For 10 months, from the moment of its start in August 2016 to the present, the crowd-hosting site «Baribirge.kz» helped collect more than 4 million tenge in favor of author's projects. Among the already successfully completed projects to raise funds for Baribirge.kz and received real implementation: the release of the first music album by the Almaty group «Lampy Orchestra» - collected more than 1.2 million tenge, equipping the first Kazakhstan day-care center for the elderly «ASAR» - 657 thousand tons, the publication of the book «Kazakh tales» by Yuri Serebryansky - more than 559 thousand tons, the organization of the conference TEDx in Semey - more than 535 thousand tons, the release of the collection of poems «The Girl» by Ekaterina Saveleva, the development of the site Desires for children from socially vulnerable INSPIRE KIDS - 133 thousand tenge and others. Currently, Baribirge.kz continues to raise money to support various creative initiatives, to implement socially important projects related to rehabilitation and care for children with autism and Down's syndrome, assistance to homeless animals, and to support start-ups, including the development of new For Kazakhstan services of co-working and babysitting.

Краудфандинг в Казахстане история успеха социальных, творческих и стартап-инициатив

31 мая в коворкинге «МамаДОМ» состоялась пресс-конференция,  посвященная теме краудфандинга в Казахстане как источника финансирования для социально значимых, творческих проектов и стартапов. Авторы различных проектов поделились своим практическим опытом привлечения средств «народного финансирования». За 10 месяцев, с момента своего старта в августе 2016 года по настоящее время, краудфандинговая площадка «Baribirge.kz» помогла в сборе более 4 млн. тг. в пользу авторских проектов. В числе уже успешно завершенных проектов по сбору средств на Baribirge.kz и получивших реальное воплощение в жизнь: выпуск первого музыкального альбома алматинской группой «Лампы Оркестра» - собрано более 1,2 млн.тг., оснащение первого казахстанского центра дневного пребывания для пожилых людей «ASAR» - 657 тыс.тг, выпуск книги «Казахстанские сказки» Юрия Серебрянского – более 559 тыс.тг., организация конференции TEDx в Semey – более 535 тыс.тг., выпуск сборника стихов «Та девочка» Екатерины Савельевой, разработка сайта желаний для детей из социально уязвимых слоев населения INSPIRE KIDS – 133 тыс.тг. и другие.  В настоящее время на Baribirge.kz продолжается сбор денег на поддержку различных творческих инициатив, на реализацию социально важных проектов, связанных с реабилитацией и помощью детям, страдающим аутизмом и синдромом Дауна, помощь бездомным животным, а также на поддержку стартапов, в числе которых развитие новых для Казахстана сервисов коворкинга и бебиситтинга.
