Microsoft Announces New Microsoft Security Experts and Defender for Business Services for SMBs

Microsoft has announced a new and expanded line of managed security services. Microsoft Security Experts combines state-of-the-art security technologies with human-driven services to help organizations secure their networks and minimize the risk and potential damage from cyberattacks. The company also announced that the standalone version of Microsoft Defender for Business is now available to the public. Defender for Business provides complete security for small and medium businesses, including endpoint detection and protection against ransomware and other sophisticated cyber threats.

Microsoft объявила о новой и расширенной линейке управляемых служб безопасности. Microsoft Security Experts сочетает современные технологии безопасности с сервисами, управляемыми людьми, чтобы помочь организациям защитить свои сети и свести к минимуму риски и потенциальный ущерб от кибератак. Компания также объявила о всеобщей доступности автономной версии Microsoft Defender для бизнеса. Defender for Business обеспечивает полную безопасность предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса, включая возможности обнаружения конечных точек и защиты от программ-вымогателей и других изощренных киберугроз.

Over the past year, cyber threats have begun to grow at an alarming pace: if for ten years the damage from cybercrime was estimated at 3 trillion US dollars annually, and in 2021 - at 6 trillion US dollars, now, according to forecasts, by 2025, cybercrime will cost the world 10.5 trillion US dollars annually.

За последний год киберугрозы начали расти тревожными темпами: если десять лет ущерб от киберпреступности оценивался в 3 трлн долларов США ежегодно, а в 2021 году – в  6 трлн долларов США, то сейчас, согласно прогнозам, к 2025 году киберпреступность будет стоить миру 10,5 трлн долларов США ежегодно. 

Microsoft is expanding its existing service capabilities with the new Microsoft Security Experts service category. The service combines technology developed by experts with human-driven settings to help organizations achieve more reliable and efficient results.

Корпорация Microsoft расширяет свои существующие возможности обслуживания в виде новой категории услуг Microsoft Security Experts. Данный сервис сочетает технологии, разработанные экспертами с параметрами, управляемыми людьми, чтобы помочь организациям достичь более надежных и эффективных результатов. 

The company's goal is to provide a new service in the field of security, integrity, identification, management and confidentiality. With the help of an experienced partner ecosystem, Microsoft has developed three new managed services that can help scale customer teams of experts according to need, without the hassle of hiring and training them.
