В южной столице конкурс проходит в седьмой раз. Самые активные алматинцы открытым голосованием определят 30 финалистов, а затем специальная комиссия выберет пятерых призеров, и по одному дворнику с каждого района города для получения всех призов конкурса.Ежегодно в конкурсе участвует около 200 активных дворников южной столицы. За все время его существования в нем приняло участие более 500 дворников. Многие дворники стали регулярными участниками конкурса. По условиям конкурса участники подают заявки через КСК, после чего информация размещается на сайте http://chistopoalmatinsky.kz/

The winners are chosen by the commission, which includes representatives of KSK, the media, the initiators of the contest PF "Purely Almaty", the project sponsor Efes Kazakhstan and public figures. The janitors are awarded at the beginning of September, in a solemn atmosphere in the presence of the press and journalists. The total prize fund of the contest “The Best Janitor of Almaty” is 650,000 tenge.

Один из победителей конкурса, занимал призовые места несколько раз. Он смог оплатить благодаря полученным призам, в течении трех лет, образование дочери в ВУЗе. Другие призеры смогли побывать в отпусках или приобрести бытовую технику. Акцию поддержали политики и бизнесмены, блогеры и звезды театра и кино, общественные деятели вместе с дворниками мели улицы, а депутаты красили лавочки и сажали клумбы. Победителей выбирает комиссия, в которую входят представители КСК, СМИ, инициаторы конкурса ОФ «Чисто по-алматински», спонсор проекта компания «Эфес Казахстан» и общественные деятели. Награждение дворников проходит в начале сентября, в торжественной обстановке в присутствии прессы и журналистов. Общий призовой фонд конкурса «Лучший дворник Алматы» составляет 650 000 тенге.
