For the first time, an eminent Michelin chef H. Alain Zahner arrives in Almaty from June 12 to June 15 with a guest visit. Known for his innovative approach to high French cuisine and bold experiments, he will show the guests of the new gourmet restaurant SEVEN Bar & Restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty an exquisite tasting menu. An exclusive dinner that chef H. Alain Zahner offers to Almaty residents and city guests includes 7 courses. Among them are Boudeuse oysters from David Herve, lemongrass jelly buried under a layer, foie gras terrine, king crab brought from Alaska, sea bass from the French region of Brittany with smoked Chinese cabbage bok choy, leek and orange sauce, duck Klong Phai, fried Australian beef tenderloin, served with an impressive 20-layer carrot puree and smoked cumin sauce, as well as apple confit.

Известный своим инновационным подходом к высокой французской кухне и смелыми экспериментами, он продемонстрирует гостям нового ресторана высокой кухни SEVEN Bar & Restaurant в The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty изысканное дегустационное меню.  Эксклюзивный ужин, который шеф-повар Х. Алан Занер предлагает алматинцам и гостям города, включает 7 блюд. В их числе устрицы Boudeuse от Дэвида Эрве, утопающие под слоем желе из лемонграсса, террин из фуа-гра, королевский краб, привезенный из Аляски, сибас из французского региона Бретань c копченой китайской капустой бок-чой, луком пореем и апельсиновым соусом, утка Klong Phai, жареная австралийская говяжья вырезка вагю, подающаяся с впечатляющим 20-ти слойным морковным пюре и дымным соусом из тмина, а также яблочный конфи.
