The VISTA restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty opens a new season under the leadership of the Soy-Chef Leonardo Nuker and resumes Italian and Turkish cuisines, as well as traditional family brunches. Ресторан VISTA в The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty открывает новый сезон под руководством су-шефа Леонардо Нукера и возобновляет вечера итальянской и турецкой кухонь, а также традиционные семейные бранчи. С началом нового сезона ресторан представляет гостям обновленное меню. Теперь в меню можно найти нежнейшие мясные явства средиземноморской кухни – cицилийское тушеное мясо ягненка, жареный цыпленок с дикими грибами и белым полентом, заправленный соусом «Гремолата», а также вырезку из черного ангуса с обжаренными молодыми овощами. Также в ресторане возобновляются вечера итальянской кухни – каждый четверг гости могут отведать традиционные блюда Италии в авторском исполнении су-шефа Леонардо Нукеры. Сезон традиционных семейных бранчей также открывается в ресторане VISTA с 17 сентября.
