It is at an altitude of 900 m that we meet Chef Adrien Descouls, after visiting a village with furrows and small streets worthy memories of the past: the village of du Broc (Puy-de-Dôme). Within this Auvergne region with a rich terroir ranging from the famous lentils with meandering embers of rivers, the volcano sleeps in dense forests.
