Of course, the true centerpiece of Novikov Café Dubai is its cuisine. Our gastronomic journey began with burrata served with tomatoes and basil, followed by trottole pasta with salmon and caviar, silky mashed potatoes with truffle, broccoli with sauce, and a California Maki Roll.

Dessert deserves its own chapter. We tried the Mixed Berries Tartlet and the Fresh Berry Pavlova — and the latter became one of the most memorable discoveries of the evening. This is not the classic Pavlova you might expect. Just one bite reveals an incredibly delicate combination of textures and flavors that almost melts in your mouth. It is the kind of dessert you remember long after dinner is over — and definitely one we would order again.

The evening was complemented by beautifully presented non-alcoholic cocktails: Novicola, Amalfi Spritz and Clover Hearts. Refreshing, elegant and visually striking, they added another colorful touch to the dining experience.
