28 февраля 2026 года в Dubai Silicon Oasis пройдет второй Ramadan Night Walk — вечерняя прогулка по одному из двух маршрутов на 3 или 5 км. Старт запланирован на 21:00. The Quranic Park offers a deeper understanding of the stories of the Holy Quran. The 64-hectare park comprises four main areas: the Cave of Wonders, the Glass House, the Lake, and the Gardens, which feature 51 plant species mentioned in the Quran. Admission to the park is free, while admission to the Cave of Wonders and the Glass House costs AED 5 per person.

Every evening during Ramadan, at sunset, a cannon salute—midfa al-iftar—is fired throughout Dubai. This ancient ritual marks the time of breaking the fast, or iftar. The ceremony is coordinated by Dubai Police: special cannons with blanks are used, and the sound of the salute can be heard across the city. On the first day of Ramadan, the cannons are fired twice, signaling the beginning of the holy month. In the following days, a single gunshot is fired, precisely at sunset. During Eid al-Fitr, salvos are fired again: twice in the evening, signaling the end of the fast, and twice more on the morning of the holiday. The echo of the gunshots resounds from key points in the city—from the foot of the Burj Khalifa to the Eid prayer grounds in the Al Manhoul and Al Baraha districts. Fort Island in Madinat Jumeirah remains one of the most popular vantage points for observing the ceremony—from here, against the backdrop of the canals and architecture of the complex, the evening cannon shot is clearly visible at sunset.

The easiest way to get into the holiday spirit is to greet others with the words "Eid Mubarak," which means "Blessed Eid." At the same time, the city offers numerous opportunities to join in the celebrations and share them with the local community.
