The press conference dedicated to Kazakhstan Fashion Week SS 2016

On September 28, we attended the press conference dedicated to Kazakhstan Fashion Week SS 2016. This year's Fashion Week will be held under the motto «Fashion meets art»,

it will be held from 13 to 15 October and the final of the competition for young designers Open Way will take place October 12. For the first time the jury of the project are leading specialists Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Italy. The winner will receive the grant for participation in the Kazakhstan Fashion Week and will receive a scholarship to study at the leading furriers Kopenhagen Fur in Copenhagen and visit IED courses in Italy. Fashion shows will be presented in three halls of the 2 locations: the State Museum of Arts named by A. Kasteev (guests will also be able to visit an exhibition of historical costume) and Kazakhstan Grand Ball Room (Hotel Kazakhstan), where will be organized show-room. The shows will feature more than 25 fashion designers from Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and France. In addition, designers from Kazakhstan went to the Fashion Tour to the United States that shows how our designers are interesting foreign experts.

28 сентября мы посетили пресс-конференцию, посвященную Kazakhstan Fashion Week SS 2016. В этом году неделя моды пройдет под девизом «Мода встречается с искусством», состоится она с 13 по 15 октября, а финал конкурса молодых дизайнеров Open Way пройдет 12 октября. Впервые в состав жюри проекта приглашены ведущие специалисты Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Италия. Победитель конкурса помимо гранта на участие в Kazakhstan Fashion Week получит стипендию на обучение у ведущих скорняков Kopenhagen Fur в Копенгагене и посещение курсов IED в Италии. Показы коллекций будут представлены в 3 залах 2 локаций: Государственном музее искусств им. А. Кастеева (гости которого также смогут посетить выставку исторического костюма) и Kazakhstan Grand Ball Room (отель Казахстан), где будет организован show-room. В показах примут участие более 25 дизайнеров одежды из Казахстана, Грузии, России, Узбекистана, Украины и Франции. Кроме того, дизайнеры из Казахстана поехали в Fashion Tour в США, что показывает, насколько наши дизайнеры интересны зарубежным экспертам.
