Five innovations that can change the future of the fashion industry will receive a grant of 1 million euros from the H&M Foundation to develop their technologies

Laboratory-grown cotton, protein DNA fabric, smart tracking of green fibers using blockchain technology, wastewater filtration and carbon dioxide conversion to green polyester. All of these are the five innovative ideas of the finalists of the Global Change Award 2020 - an award organized by the non-profit H&M Foundation for the fifth year and called the “Nobel Fashion Prize”.

In addition to the work associated with the Global Change Award, the H&M Foundation donated $ 500,000 to the United Nations Coronavirus Foundation for the World Health Organization (WHO).
