Chef - Battle 2016

The aim pursued by the organizers of this project - to popularize the profession «Cook» and strengthen the image of Kazakh masters of the culinary arts. The format of the competition was conducted on a «black box», which consisted of 5 products; gather all of the ingredients at the last moment before going out to the participants of the chief battles. Participants had the opportunity to show their skills within a strictly limited time. This year, the masters of «cutting boards» and «frying pans» appreciated the judges from the World Association of Culinary Societies WACS. Applications for participation of chefs came from all regions of Kazakhstan. The winner of the second Grand Prix and the Cup of Chefs «Chef - Battle 2016» was Said Roshchaev, Shymkent. The event also included the best restaurants and steak houses, which, in turn, introduced the guests and residents of the southern capital with steak cuisine. The farmer's corner anyone could own eyes to evaluate the quality of purchased products, ask questions to farmers and choose the best «of the supplier».

28 мая группа «Ресторанная Критика Казахстана», «Ассоциация шеф-поваров Казахстана» и ТРЦ «MEGA Alma-Ata» провели на открытой площадке Кубок шеф-поваров «Шеф – Battle 2016». Цель, которую преследуют организаторы проекта это - популяризация профессии «Повар» и укрепление имиджа казахстанских мастеров кулинарного искусства. Формат соревнования проводились по принципу «Черный ящик», который состоял из 5 продуктов, собрали все ингредиенты  в последний момент перед выходом к участникам шеф-батла. У участников была возможность показать свои профессиональные навыки в течение строго лимитированного организаторами времени. В этом году мастеров «разделочных досок» и «жарящих сковородок» оценили судьи из Всемирной Ассоциации Кулинарных Сообществ WACS. Заявки на участие от шеф-поваров  поступили со всех регионов Казахстана. Победителем второго Гран-при и Кубка шеф-поваров «Шеф – Battle 2016» стал Саид Рощаев, г. Шымкент. В мероприятии также были представлены лучшие рестораны и стейк-хаусы, которые в свою очередь познакомили гостей и жителей южной столицы с настоящей кухней стейков. В фермерском уголке любой желающий мог собственными глазами оценить качество приобретаемых продуктов, задать вопросы фермерам и выбрать для себя лучшего «снабженца».
