The largest mall in the country «Aport» opens a unique exhibition «The World of Birds»

Крупнейший молл страны «Апорт» открывает уникальную выставку «Мир птиц»

From November 1 to December 1, a unique exhibition "The World of Birds" will be held in the "Aport" mall, organized with the support of the Museum of Nature of the RSE "Gylym Ordasy". For the first time, the exhibition will feature rare exhibits from the museum's storerooms. Visitors will be able to make a fascinating journey into the world of ornithology and get to know more closely the representatives of 14 species of birds living on the territory of the republic, such as: white owl, goshawk, black-throated loon, bittern, great bodew, shiloklyuvka and others. Among the exhibits, you can also see endangered bird species listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan, for example, the steppe eagle from the hawk family.

С 1 ноября по 1 декабря в молле «Апорт» пройдет уникальная выставка «Мир птиц», организованная при поддержке Музея природы РГП «Ғылым ордасы». На выставке впервые будут представлены редкие экспонаты из запасников музея. Посетители смогут совершить увлекательное путешествие в мир орнитологии и поближе познакомиться с представителями 14 видов пернатых, обитающих на территории республики, такими как: белая сова, ястреб-тетеревятник, чернозобая гагара, выпь, большой веретенник, шилоклювка и другие. Среди экспонатов можно будет так же увидеть исчезающие виды птиц, занесенные в Красную книгу Казахстана, например, степного орла из семейства ястребиных. 

"The main goal of the exhibition is to acquaint visitors with the unique diversity of the fauna of Kazakhstan, as well as to draw public attention to the problem of preserving the natural environment," says art director of the Aport mall Svetlana Kilyaoglova.

«Основная цель выставки – познакомить посетителей с уникальным многообразием животного мира Казахстана, а также привлечь внимание общественности к а проблеме сохранения естественной окружающей среды», – говорит арт-директор молла «Апорт» Светлана Киляоглова. 

Some of the stuffed animals on exhibition are over 70 years old. Most of them were made by the hands of the famous scientist-ornithologist, founder of the Kazakh school of taxidermy Evald Radionov. The Museum of Nature was opened in 1961 at the initiative of leading scientists of the Institute of Zoology and with the direct support of the first president of the Academy of Sciences, Academician Kanysh Satpayev.

Некоторым чучелам, представленным на выставке, более 70 лет. Большинство из них сделано руками известного ученого-орнитолога, основателя казахстанской школы таксидермии Эвальда Федоровича Радионова. Музей природы был открыт в 1961 г. по инициативе ведущих ученых Института зоологии и при непосредственной поддержке первого президента Академии наук, академика Каныша Имантаевича Сатпаева.
