The pre-premiere of «Ben-Hur»

On 7 September was the pre-premiere of the most anticipated film of the legendary director Timur Bekmambetov – «Ben-Hur».

It is the fifth film adaptation of the 1880 novel Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ by Lew Wallace following the 1907 silent film, the 1925 silent film, the Academy Award-winning 1959 film and the 2003 animated film of the same name. The film stars Jack Huston, Morgan Freeman, Toby Kebbell, Nazanin Boniadi, Haluk Bilginer and Rodrigo Santoro. Judah Ben-Hur, a prince falsely accused of treason by his adopted brother, an officer in the Roman army, returns to his homeland after years at sea to seek revenge, but finds redemption. All critics note gorgeous cinematography and entertainment of this movie, which means that it is necessary to watch it in the cinema. 7 сентября состоялся предпремьерный показ самого ожидаемого фильма легендарного режиссера Тимура Бекмамбетова – «Бен-Гур». Это пятая экранизация романа Лью Уолласа 1880 года «Бен-Хур: история Христа», сначала был фильм 1907, затем 1925, оскароносный фильм 1959 и в 2003 был снят анимационный фильм с таким же названием. В ролях: Джек Хьюстон, Тоби Кеббелл, Родриго Санторо, Назанин Бониади, Айелет Зурер, Йохан Филип Асбек, София Блэк-Д’Элиа и Морган Фриман. Сюжет фильма – это история Бен-Гура, потомка знатного иудейского рода, который был предан своим лучшим другом-римлянином. Проведя много лет в рабстве на римских галерах, Бен-Гур в итоге получает возможность вернуться на родину и отомстить обидчику.
