Unusual visit to the theater

On October 30 we visited the premiere of «Ehal Greka cherez reku» («Greka went through the river ...» is the part of famous Russian patter) play in «ART I SHOK» theater, it based on the book by Ken Wilber «The grace and grit».

The play is based on real events, on the letters and diaries of the author of the book. Director - Galina Pyanova, art director - Sergei Melzer. We were not just under the impression after seeing, the play amazed us, touched and even inspired. Staging the play was made possible by the support of the company AVON with the international charity program «Together against breast cancer». This was the theme of the action on stage. It shown in so many vividly and accessible as well as emotional and beautiful. This is what people are afraid to speak in everyday life. The heroine who is sick of this incurable disease, not just a patient in the hospital, she is in love, she had just got married and was planning for the future which was destined to fail. The performance makes the viewer into the world of her feelings, experiences, in her struggle with the illness. Moreover, the play revealed the theme of how hard to be nearby, how hard to love this woman, how hard to hope and to fight against the disease together. Journalists who are already difficult to surprise and everyone who was in the audience, wept. To all our readers we advise to watch this exceptional play.

30 октября мы побывали в театре АRTиШОК на предпоказе спектакля «Ехал Грека через реку...» по мотивам книги Кена Уилбера «Благодать и стойкость». Спектакль основан на реальных событиях, письмах и дневниковых записях автора книги. Режиссер - Галина Пьянова, художник-постановщик - Сергей Мельцер. Мы были не просто под впечатлением, после просмотра, он нас поразил, тронул и даже вдохновил. Постановка спектакля была осуществлена благодаря поддержке компании AVON с международной благотворительной программой «Вместе против рака груди». Этой темой и было пропитано действо на сцене театра. На столько красочно и доступно, а также эмоционально и красиво показано то, о чем боятся говорить люди в обычной жизни. Героиня, которая больна этой неизлечимой болезнью, не просто пациентка врача, она влюбленная женщина, которая только что вышла замуж и строила планы на будущее, которым не суждено было осуществится. Спектакль заставляет зрителя окунуться в мир ее чувств, переживаний, в ее борьбу с недугом, кроме того, раскрыта тема того, как тяжело тем, кто рядом, тем, кто любит, надеется и борется вместе с ней. Журналисты, которых сложно уже чем-то удивить, и все, кто был в зале, плакали. Всем нашим читателям советуем посмотреть и прочувствовать то, что посмотрели и прочувствовали мы.
