At the foot of the Alpilles, in the emblematic Auberge de Saint-Rémy, a 15th century building, that Chef Sylvestre Wahid has established his summer quarters from May 2022. The Auberge de Saint-Rémy works with products from its own vegetable garden located in Rognonas, with the aim of producing fruits and vegetables rich in nutrients and without fertilizers with a philosophy of sustainable agriculture. 

У подножия Альп, в символическом Оберж-де-Сен-Реми, здании 15-го века, шеф-повар Сильвестр Вахид обустроил свои летние апартаменты с мая 2022 года. Auberge de Saint-Rémy работает с продуктами из собственного огорода, расположенного в Роньонасе, с целью производства фруктов и овощей, богатых питательными веществами и без удобрений, в соответствии с философией устойчивого сельского хозяйства.

Chef Sylvestre Wahid presents Alya's by SW within the family establishment owned by Fanny Rey and her husband, the Chef's brother, Jonathan Wahid. The Chef wants to take his guests on a menu like a gustatory and sensory journey around spices and the best seasonal products. The menu is composed of dishes to share, vegetarian suggestions, grilled dishes, tandoori, seafood and sweet treats such as fresh mango like a lassi. 

Шеф-повар Сильвестр Вахид представляет Alya's by SW в семейном заведении, принадлежащем Фанни Рей и ее мужу, брату шеф-повара, Джонатану Вахиду. Шеф-повар хочет предложить своим гостям меню как вкусовое и сенсорное путешествие по специям и лучшим сезонным продуктам. Меню состоит из блюд, которыми можно поделиться, вегетарианских предложений, блюд на гриле, тандури, морепродуктов и сладостей, таких как свежее манго, такое как ласси.
