Dubai Fashion Week unveils its Spring/Summer 2027 programme

Dubai Fashion Week is set to return to Dubai Design District (d3) from October 22 to 26, 2026, unveiling its Spring/Summer 2027 season with a programme that brings together emerging UAE talent, leading regional designers and established international names. The new edition reflects Dubai’s growing role as a meeting point for different fashion cultures, with participants arriving from markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Among the prominent names announced for the SS27 edition are celebrated Kuwaiti designer Yousef AlJasmi and renowned Indian couturier Tarun Tahiliani. Their participation adds to an international line-up that will introduce Dubai audiences to a broad spectrum of creative perspectives and design traditions.

A global fashion map in Dubai

This season, Dubai Fashion Week will expand its geographical reach with designers and brands from Azerbaijan, Colombia, Jordan, South Korea, Vietnam, Puerto Rico, Kuwait, Egypt, India, France and Ukraine. They will join UAE-based talents and representatives of the wider regional fashion community, creating a programme that reflects the increasingly international character of the event.

Rather than focusing solely on established fashion capitals, the SS27 edition will highlight creative voices from markets that are becoming increasingly visible on the global fashion map. This diversity places different cultural identities, craftsmanship traditions and contemporary approaches within a shared international context.

Fashion beyond the runway

Dubai Fashion Week will extend beyond the traditional runway format. During the five-day event, Dubai itself will become part of the fashion week experience through a wider calendar of events designed to encourage cultural exchange, professional dialogue and new connections within the industry.

This broader approach reinforces the idea of fashion week not simply as a sequence of collection presentations, but as a platform where designers, buyers, industry professionals and international audiences can meet and develop new relationships.

A platform connecting regional and international fashion

Dubai Fashion Week was co-founded by Dubai Design District (d3), the global creative hub that forms part of TECOM Group, and the Arab Fashion Council. The platform continues to support both emerging and established designers, helping them strengthen their presence in the region while connecting with international buyers, audiences and industry leaders.

With its Spring/Summer 2027 edition, Dubai Fashion Week once again positions the city as a bridge between regional creativity and the international fashion landscape. By bringing together designers from an unusually broad range of countries and creative backgrounds, the upcoming season promises a multifaceted portrait of contemporary fashion — one shaped by different cultures, markets and perspectives.
