The second annual Men's Health CrossFit Cup

On November 21 the second annual Men's Health CrossFit Cup, CrossFit is the most popular sports movement among the stars, celebrities and the golden youth.

Competitions were held in the Sports Complex after. O. Zharylgapov were determined winners in three categories – Elite (professionals), Fitness (amateur) and Masters (40+ ). CrossFit Fitness Company was invented in 2000 in the United States, it promotes the philosophy of physical development, and it combines some elements of sports fields. Those involved in CrossFit, say it in one workout can burn up to 1000 calories. This is the best exercise with a barbell, as before, since its invention, ever so many hands did not raise the bar, after the occurrence of CrossFit. It shows people how to improve their body with strength training. On the same evening was the official after-party on the occasion of awarding the winners in the «Ohh Chic Bar», to all present was performance by a group «KomancheroS».

21 ноября состоялся Второй Ежегодный Кубок Men’s Health по кроссфиту, самому популярному спортивному движению среди звезд, селебрити и золотой молодежи. Соревнования прошли в спортивном комплексе им. О.Жарылгапова, были определены победители в трех категориях – Elite, это профессионалы, Fitness, атлеты – любители, и Masters, категория 40+. Фитнес-компания Кроссфит была придумана еще в 2000 году в США, она продвигает философию физического развития, объединяет некоторые элементы спортивных направлений. Те, кто занимается кроссфитом, говорят, что это за одну тренировку можно сжечь до 1000 калорий. Это лучшая тренировка со штангой, ведь до этого, с момента ее изобретения, никогда столько рук не поднимало штангу, как после появления кроссфита. Он показывает людям, как можно совершенствовать свое тело с помощью силового тренинга. В тот же вечер прошла официальная after-party по случаю награждения победителей в «Ohh Chic Bar», для всех присутствующих выступила группа «KomancheroS».
