On November 19, we visited the holiday of young wine «Beaujolais Nouveau 2015», which is celebrated on the third Thursday of November, not only in France but all over the world.

The event was organized by Consulate General of France in Almaty Hotel Intercontinental, the French Alliance and followers of Escoffier in Kazakhstan. The theme of the holiday: «Le P'tit Bouchon» - this is a small restaurant, typical of the Lyon region, where you can taste local dishes, washed down with a glass of that and Beaujolais. After the Consul General of France, uttered the phrase: «Beaujolais has arrived», the real fun began. Musical groups from France «Jour de Fete», performing music in the style cabaret chanson, they created the atmosphere of a real French restaurant. For greeting they came to the table with the guests and sang that really impressed all present. Especially for this festival was invited to one of the best masters of French cheeses, fromage group Lactalis - Xavier Thuret. We were able to try his creations, unforgettable taste that will be remembered forever. The French believe that the bread, wine and cheese - an indivisible trinity. 19 ноября мы побывали на празднике молодого вина «Божоле нуво 2015», который отмечается в третий четверг ноября не только во Франции, но и по всему миру. Данное мероприятие было организовано Генеральным Консульством Франции в Алматы, Гостиницой Intercontinental, Французским Альянсом и Последователями Эксофье Казахстан. Тема праздника: «Le P’tit Bouchon» - это маленький ресторан, типичный для лионского региона, где можно попробовать местные блюда, которые и запиваются бокалом Божоле. После того, как Генеральный Консул Франции произнес фразу: «Божоле прибыло», началось настоящее веселье. Группа из Франции «Jour de Fete», исполняющая музыку в стиле кабаре-шансон, создавала атмосферу настоящего французского ресторана. Для приветствия, они подходили к столикам с гостями и пели, что очень впечатлило всех присутствующих. Специально для этого праздника был приглашен один из лучших мастеров по сырам Франции, фромажье группы Lactalis – Кзавье Тюре. Нам удалось попробовать его творения, незабываемый вкус которого запомнился навсегда. Французы считают, что хлеб, вино и сыр – это неделимая троица. После праздника «Божоле нуво 2015» так считаем и мы. Спасибо Генеральному Консульству Франции в Алматы за приглашение.
