Took place the Sweet Sunday in Almaty

On August 7 in the multifunctional complex Villa Boutiques & Restaurants, with the support of the international exhibition Pir Expo Academy of Culinary Art «Exclusive», Moscow, held the first competition of confectioners «Sweet Sunday».

In the works of the participants could be traced a theme of national traditions - in the form of cakes were saukele, Kazakh instruments and grandfathers, a portion beshbarmak brought confectionary art to a new level. Confectioners participated in three nominations - best cake, best gingerbread and the best Candy Bar. In the category «Best Cake» took bronze Aliyam Yusupova, Khalid Mamysheva, Victoria Zhandareva of confectionery «Cream», silver went to Artem Lebedev of confectionery «Plushki». In the category «Best gingerbread» took the bronze medal Irina Teplovodskaya and silver divided between Anastasia Moshina and Anna Romashkova. In the nomination «The Best Candy bar» places were divided as follows: Bronze - Rano Gairova silver - Elena Stechishina and gold - the company «Flor decor». The professional jury evaluated the work - Victoria Kosenchuk (director of LLP DOFF HoReCa Project, the restaurant «MoskVAU»), Elena Shramko (multiple world champion Pastry), Elena Lacheva (head of the culinary competition), Anna Kryakova (Deputy Director of LLP «Artus») Irina Gvozdetskaya (founder of the studio IVANI sweets) Along with its sweet exhibits located within the complex area of the city food festival, where everyone could eat burgers from «Happy people» hot dogs from the Max Taste. There were many activities for children and adults - someone could take a master class on the food pictures, and someone could cook candies and decorate gingerbread. The fun did not stop even when the street drizzling rain - on stage performing group NAsia and the Band, and later learned to dance Kizomba. The culmination of the evening was the removal of the 100-pound cake, which tasted every guest of the event. (My fabulous birthday here)

7 августа в многофункциональном комплексе Villa Boutiques&Restaurants при поддержке международной выставки Pir Expo академии кулинарного искусства «Эксклюзив» города Москва прошел первый конкурс кондитеров Sweet Sunday. В работах участников можно было проследить тему национальных традиций - торты в форме саукеле, казахских инструментов и доброго аташки с порцией бешбармака вывели кондитерское искусство на новый уровень. Кондитеры участвовали в трех номинациях - лучший торт, лучший пряник и лучший Candy Bar. В номинации «Лучший торт» бронзу забрали Алиям Юсупова, Халида Мамышева, Виктория Жандарева из кондитерской «Сливки», серебро досталось Артему Лебедеву из кондитерской «Плюшки». В номинации «Лучший пряник» бронзовую медаль забрала Ирина Тепловодская, а серебро поделили между собой Анастасия Мошина и Анна Ромашкова. В номинации «Лучший Candy bar» места разделились так: бронза - Рано Гаирова, серебро - Елена Стечишина и золото - компания «Флор Декор». Оценивали работы профессиональное жюри - Викторий Косенчук (директор компании ТОО DOFF HoReCa Project, ресторан «МоскВАУ»), Елена Шрамко (многократный чемпион мира по кондитерскому искусству), Елена Лачева (руководитель кулинарных соревнований), Анна Крякова (заместитель директора ТОО «Артус»), Ирина Гвоздецкая (основатель мастерской сладостей IVANI). Помимо сладких экспонатов на территории комплекса расположилась зона Фестиваля городской еды, где все желающие могли подкрепиться швармой и бургерами от «Счастливых людей», хот-догами от Max Taste. Было не мало активностей для детей и взрослых - кто-то мог пройти мастер-класс по фуд-фотографии, а кто-то мог приготовить леденцы и расписать пряник. Веселье и праздник не останавливались даже, когда на улице заморосил дождь - на сцене выступала группа NAsia and the Band, а позже все учились танцевать самый сексуальный танец - кизомбу. Кульминацией вечера стал вынос 100-килограммового торта, который попробовал каждый гость мероприятия. (Образ моего "Сказочного дня рождения" здесь)
