A year after the collapse of the agency specializing in seducing men, its founder Anfisa (Liza Moryak) has changed her name and disappeared, Sofia (Anna Glaubé) has moved to the countryside and started teaching philosophy online, and Milena (Olga Smirnova) has launched her own relationship talk show.

Director Sofya Raizman shared that filming began with the central location—the house where the main characters live. Eight days were spent shooting there, allowing the tone, relationships, and visual language of the project to take shape. She describes each scene as almost a short film in itself, with all the mosaic pieces ultimately forming a story about happiness—both close at hand and seemingly unattainable.

Yulia Serina admitted that the first day of filming was both emotional and freezing, with temperatures dropping to minus 28 degrees. Yet the town welcomed the team warmly, evoking childhood memories and a sense of authenticity far removed from Moscow’s pace. She describes her character Anya, nicknamed “Mom,” as fragile yet strong—a woman carrying the burden of four siblings and an irresponsible stepfather on her shoulders.

Alexander Yatsenko noted that the shoot began outdoors in severe frost, setting a vigorous tone for the project. He described Vyshny Volochyok as compact and cozy, with convenient logistics and welcoming local spots. His character, Tolya Tarelkin, is a composite inspired by his own family history—particularly memories of his grandfather and father.

The celebratory event, titled “Teacher. Stage. Destiny,” took place at the Almaty Choreographic School named after A. Seleznev and marked the 85th anniversaries of two outstanding figures of Kazakhstan’s choreographic art — Eduard Malbekov and Tamara Malbekova. Both honorees are graduates of the Almaty Choreographic School, and their professional lives have been inseparably connected with the institution for decades — from their formative years as students and performers to their extensive pedagogical and leadership careers. It was here that they grew as artists and matured as mentors and architects of ballet education.

Судьба», посвящённый 85-летию выдающихся деятелей хореографического искусства Казахстана — Эдуарда Джабашевича и Тамары Закировны Мальбековых. Eduard Dzhabashevich Malbekov is a Merited Artist of the Kazakh SSR, a recipient of the Order of the Badge of Honor, and for many years a leading soloist of the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre. As an educator and mentor to several generations of dancers, he later headed the Almaty Choreographic School and served as its artistic director, making a profound contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s professional ballet education system and the formation of its national performing school.

The evening brought together representatives of the professional choreographic community, directors of artistic companies, teachers, performers, alumni, and current students. Art Capital stands as the largest network of artists in France, a unique federation that brings together several historic salons under one monumental glass roof. Each year, thousands of artists gather beneath the nave of the Grand Palais, transforming it into a vast and vibrant panorama of contemporary creation.

Art Capital — крупнейшая сеть художников во Франции, объединяющая несколько исторических салонов под одной грандиозной стеклянной крышей. Каждый год тысячи художников собираются под сводами Гран-Пале, превращая его в масштабную и живую панораму современного искусства.

The event unites multiple salons into a single cultural constellation: the Salon des Indépendants (the historic successor to the Salon des Refusés), the Salon des Artistes Français, and Salon Comparaisons, among others. Together, they reflect the diversity of artistic languages — from classical traditions to bold contemporary experimentation.

In the spring of 2026, the Musée Soulages in Rodez will present an exhibition dedicated to one of the most important photographers of our time, Hiroshi Sugimoto.

Sugimoto’s work places the notion of time at its very core — a concept equally central to Pierre Soulages, who stated in 1963 in conversation with philosopher Jean Grenier: “Time seems to me one of the concerns my painting bears witness to; it is time that stands at the center of my approach as a painter, time and its relationship with space.”

Born in Tokyo in 1948, Sugimoto graduated from Saint Paul’s University in 1970 and later from the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles in 1974. Since then, he has lived and worked between the United States and Japan, founding the Odawara Art Foundation in 2009, dedicated to Japanese culture and the arts.
